What makes a strong tip
- · Specific, falsifiable claims (not "Coinbase is doing something shady" — instead "Coinbase transferred X BTC from cold wallet 0x… to hot wallet 0x… on date Z")
- · Documents, screenshots, on-chain hashes, or named witnesses (we will not name you)
- · Your standing to know — internal employee, contractor, technical observer — without identifying you publicly
- · What outcome you hope for: investigation, exposure, regulatory referral, none of the above
