The Weal chronicles the active lives of SAIT students, staff, and faculty, and helps set trends for the future. We cover campus and city news, student issues and lifestyle items, college and professional sports, career trends, and citywide entertainment.
Published monthly in print by the Saitsa, each run of the Weal consists of 1,000 copies. The Weal is distributed throughout SAIT’s main and satellite campuses, as well as a handful of off-campus locations. Additionally, we are active every day publishing on this very website, which regularly receives thousands of monthly visitors.
SAIT offers a broad range of technical, business and applied arts programming at pre-employment, apprenticeship, certificate, diploma and applied degree levels. Our content is aimed at the 11,000 full-time students and nearly 45,000 part-time, apprentice and continuing education students, and more than 2,000 staff working on campus.
