It was a history-making weekend for two Trojan men’s hockey players.
Shane Lust became the all-time points leader at SAIT when he ramped up his number to 146 on Feb. 4.
Teammate Mike Ulrich also broke the all-time career assists leader record, putting him at 97 assists with one assist in the first game.
These records were made even sweeter by the team’s dominating victory on Feb.4. The Trojans showed no mercy against the Concordia Thunder with a score of 10–2. The Trojans demonstrated their true might the next evening when they came back from a 3–0 deficit and nearly losing top scorer Lust to a questionable hit from one of the Thunder players.
