The Weal chronicles the active lives of students and helps set trends for the future. The paper covers campus and city news, student issues and lifestyles, college and professional sports, career trends and citywide entertainment.
Published weekly by the SAIT Students’ Association, the Weal has a press run of 1,000 copies. The Weal is tabloid format and is distributed free every Monday throughout campus, and SAIT off-campus sites. (For a list of off-campus sites, please contact us.)
SAIT offers a broad range of technical, business and applied arts programming at pre-employment, apprenticeship, certificate, diploma and applied degree levels. Our content is aimed at the 11,000 full-time students and nearly 45,000 part-time, apprentice and continuing education students. Over 2,000 staff work on campus.
